I designed and developed this interactive e-learning course in Storyline to educate parents and teachers on a common childhood mental health topic known as self-regulation.
This five-part e-learning course instructs learners on self-regulation, dysregulation, and co-regulation along with examples of each. This interactive e-learning course contains both text and audio, clickable interactive text, multiple choice questions, custom drag-and-drop questions, image and text animation, and multiple scenarios for the application of knowledge. To create these features, I used layering, triggers, animation, and template customization.
In addition to designing and developing this course, I also acted as the subject matter expert by combining my professional knowledge with additional research. Furthermore, I also crafted the written content of the lessons.

For this project, I aligned my design with a SME-provided script for slide content and narration, supplementing with additional content and scripting as needed.
After storyboarding and designing this microlearning course in Google Slides, I transferred my slide deck to PowerPoint and imported it into Storyline for time efficiency. From there, I added additional features and points of interaction including text animation, triggers, multi-layer slides, customized multiple-choice slides, customized drag-and-drop slides, workplace scenarios, customized feedback slides, AI-generated narration, and closed-captioning.
