Delivering Feedback to Your Employees Using the SBI Feedback Method
Camtasia/PowerPoint/Google Docs
For this project, I chose to modify the eLearning slide deck created for this same client to allow for brand consistency and time efficiency. I then created a storyboard for this micro-learning instructional video.
By this point, I had transitioned my Google Slides file into PowerPoint for compatibility with Camtasia. For my storyboard, I used a simple two-column table format given that most communication needed to happen around the narration for the video.
I formatted the slide deck with transitions and animations, then used Camtasia Recorder to record my screencast as I narrated the script. Next, I used Camtasia to edit and format my video by adding intro and outro video clips with fade out and fade in audio effects. I cleaned up my original video and audio recording by splitting and removing clips and recording new voice narration where needed.

5 Ways to Manage Anxiety
Powtoon/Canva
For this Microlearning Video, I used content from my Rise eLearning Course on Managing Anxiety to create this video in Powtoon. This video covers one small part of the course content as a quick resource that can be viewed for a bite-size learning experience.
In Powtoon, I modified a basic template for time efficiency by customizing the background, text, graphics, images, animation, and music to align with the content. I also used elements from Canva to create a cohesive, on-brand design.

Instructional Video & Storyboard:
How to Customize Your Google Classroom Header Image Using a Bitmoji Banner
Camtasia
For this project, I created a storyboard and instructional video to help teachers and course instructors using Google Classroom learn how to customize their Google Classroom header image using a custom Bitmoji banner. In this video, I show viewers how to use Google Slides to create a custom banner image, using formatting such as changing slide backgrounds and inserting images with transparent backgrounds. I then show viewers how to download their banner to be uploaded into Google Classroom to complete the header image customization process.
I used a storyboard to plan this instructional video. I then recorded this video in Camtasia, adding in audio for the intro and outro, with fade-in and fade-out audio effects, zoom effects, and snipping unnecessary clips.
