Instructor Led Trainings / VILTs

I designed and developed this ILT/VILT slide deck and accompanying guides in Google Slides as a professional development opportunity for school districts to use with their teachers.  While e-learning has become very popular, many districts still prefer either in-person or synchronous virtual training formats for their staff.

 

This three-part training instructs teachers on a high-impact teaching strategy and teaches them how to integrate this strategy with 21st-century technology skills for students as they are led through the process of creating their own classroom lesson in the Pear Deck program.  Upon completion of this training, teachers will not only have gained new knowledge and technology skills, but they will also have a new lesson ready to go for their own classroom use.

 

I have also recorded the training to be used either as a model for the trainers or to be used as an asynchronous training option.
